This project consisted of 3 floors being added to the existing building totalling around 4500m2.

Our scope of works included installing fire rated plasterboard on walls and columns, as well as installing fire rated ceilings.

Other works included exposed grid and tile ceilings and Exotec external CFC cladding.

Northlakes Medical Centre

On this project Prompt Constructions did both the ceilings and partitions contract, as well as the carpentry contract.
Our works included the roof trusses and framing. T-Bar suspended ceilings, plasterboard, steel stud framing. Our works also included the internal fitout of the medical centre, including doors and internal glazing.

Ipswich Post Office & Tower Central

This project consisted of 2 stages. Stage 1 - being the heritage refurbishment and redevelopment of the old post office building. Our scope of work included, framing, plastering, ceilings and cornices.

Stage 2 is a new 6 level office tower . Our scope of work, included all steel stud framing, internal linings, partitions, bulkheads, grid and tile ceilings, plasterboard ceilings, cfc cladding, insulation and soffit.
